We need to create Containers to SHOW/PROOF our “Claims” ( our Value propositions and Positioning Stories) to each customer based on their the Buyer journey
So we need to map the stages defined for our customers with the type of content suited to the channel and their level or involvement , like a quick micro video, email , a landing page, a blog post or a Linkedin short update
The aim is to deliver something RELEVANT based on the CONTEXT of the CUSTOMER INTEREST and the PROPOSITION/ Story being positioned
